The large apartment is located in via Risorgimento, in the historic center of Cattolica and a few meters from the new Rasi Spinelli promenade and the beach. It is located on the ground floor of a recently renovated detached house. It has a total area of about 100 square meters.
The house has one triple and one double bedroom and can accommodate up to 5 people. It has two bathrooms, complete with shower and toilet, a large living room and a linear kitchen of 3.5 meters, equipped with fridge, freezer, microwave oven, dishwasher.
The five French windows overlook the internal courtyard where it is possible to have lunch or dinner in the open air.
It has large windows on both sides of the house which allow good ventilation and lighting, without feeling the lack of air conditioning. Fans will still be provided just in case.
