The bill can be paid:
- by check or bank transfer (5 days before the departure date)
- with ATM
- with Visa, MasterCard, Maestro and CartaSì credit cards
- in cash

The reservation is considered confirmed only upon receipt of a deposit equal to approximately 25% of the entire stay, which must be paid within 7 days of the booking date via:

If the name is different from the one on the reservation, please specify.

2) CREDIT CARD (MasterCard or Visa) specifying:
- the card number,
- the deadline,
- the owner's name
- and the circuit (Visa or Mastercard)
by communicating by telephone or email the authorization to charge the deposit to the credit card.

The remaining payment for your stay must be made the day before your departure date. Guests requiring an invoice are asked to provide their full company name upon arrival.

We have two convenient parking lots :

1) in our hotel garden

2) in the garage (under the hotel)

Both car parks are paid at 12 euros per day

We accept small pets in a limited number of units and dedicated room availability.
- they must be kept on a leash in the hotel's common areas and cannot be taken into the dining room or garden during breakfast;
- when cleaning the room, they must be taken out to allow the lady to carry out her work as best as possible: however, it is possible to agree on a time;
- they cannot do their business in the hotel garden
- they cannot be left   unattended, at any time, while in the Hotel.

They cost 7 euros per day

From the beginning of June until mid-September the restaurant is open for both lunch and dinner. It is possible to choose either half board or full board.

In the months of April and May we will be open for bed and breakfast and in the last week of May for dinner.

Unfortunately, our facility does not have a separate or certified kitchen for preparing gluten-free meals.

Guests of accommodation facilities over the age of 14 will therefore be required to pay a fee of €2.00 per person per day, for a maximum of 7 days.

Cases of force majeure may force us to cancel your reservation. In this case:

- In case of cancellation within 14 days of the arrival date (within 21 days in August), the deposit will be refunded net of administrative costs or can be used for another stay.
- In case of cancellation after this deadline or no-show, the deposit will be retained as compensation without further costs.
- In case of early departure, any discounts or concessions granted will be cancelled and three nights' accommodation will be charged as regulated by the framework law on tourism.
- Unused meals: Lunches and dinners included in full board or half board will not be discounted or refunded if unused.
