General conditions for booking and cancel
CHECK - IN
Rooms are available from 12.00 on the day of arrival.
For any other requirements, arrangements can be made at reception
CHECK – OUT
Check- out is at 10.00.
For late check out there will be a supplement determined by the management.
At the payment of the bill, it has to be added city tax.
City tax is Euro 1,00 per person per night for a maximum of 7 nights.
Children under 14 years are not included.
REDUCTION FOR CHILDREN WITH PARENTS
- From 0-2 years 70%
- From 2-6 years 50%
- From 6-12 years 30%
The reservation of a single room provides for a supplement from 30% to 50% on the daily price.
Our guests can confirm the reservation with a deposit by bank, by post or by credit card.
We ask to our guests to send us the 30% of the total amount of the stay within 7 days of the reservation.Here our guests can find the different methods of payment of the deposit:

From the moment of the confirmation, guests accept cancellation policy.
Reservations can be cancelled no later than 30 days before the arrival date. In this case, deposit can be used for another stay in the season.
After that date the deposit will be lost.
For early departures or late arrivals, the entire amount of the stay will be charged.
In case of early departure during the stay, the guest is obliged to pay for the three days following the date of early departure.
PAYMENT OF THE STAY
Our guests can pay the stay directly in Hotel by cash, bancomat or credit card.
